No. HeimerClean is not an antivirus replacement. Keep Windows Security or your organization-approved endpoint protection active.
Does cleanup delete my personal documents?
Cleanup is intended for temporary files and safe maintenance areas. It is not intended to delete personal documents.
Why does the AI optimizer sometimes wait?
Because acting at the wrong time can be worse than doing nothing. Waiting helps avoid interrupting active work.
Can I use HeimerClean without the portal?
Most users interact through the desktop app. Portal access depends on your account, role, and subscription.
What should I send to support?
Send the app version, Windows version, visible error message, and what you were doing when the issue happened.
Do not send passwords, tokens, payment card data, or private documents.
