Desktop Safety
The desktop app is designed to work with normal Windows permissions. Some cleanup actions may require elevated permissions depending on the file type, system location, or Windows policy.
Account Safety
Use a strong password for account access. Do not share one account across multiple people if your organization provides separate user accounts.
Support Safety
When asking for help, avoid sending:
- Passwords
- License keys
- Full screenshots with private emails
- Private documents
- Payment details
Send only the error message, app version, Windows version, and a short description of what happened.
